2. Delivery time

Custom-made products are shipped upon completion, usually within 2-4 weeks of receipt of payment (depending on workshop capacity).

Products in stock are shipped within 3 business days.

You will be notified by email when the package has been shipped.

3. Damaged shipment

​

Please check the condition of the package upon receipt. If the packaging is visibly damaged, file a complaint immediately with the carrier and inform me by email.
